CPU Liquid cooling: Antec Symphony 360 ARGB. below is a video showing the exact problem. at first the ram is white (controlled by mystic light), then i go to ALL SYNC option, choose rainbow and click apply. the ram changes its effect but both the cooling and the case lights (both controlled via JARGV_V2_3) blink in green for a split second and
My solution was to reset the BIOS values. Either using a jumper cap or taking out the MB battery for about 20sec and turning the PC back on. (Check your MB's manual for more info on this topic) WARNING: Before doing any of these turn off the computer and unplug the power cable from the PSU. This was a solution for the MSI MAG Tomahawk B550
Posted June 29, 2023 (edited) The JCorsair header is useful for connecting 1 or 2 Corsair RGB fans to the MSI motherboard for RGB control. This passes control to the MSI software. It does not put CUE in control of anything else. This might be of use when you have a case full of MSI gear (MB, GPU, etc) and then a Corsair rear RGB fan or the like.
The Features of Kolink Umbra 120mm PWM at a Glance: 120mm white 9-bladed ARGB PWM fan with a curved design. 12 LEDs on the inside and 12 LEDs outside of the fan for rich colours. Open the Services console on your system (services.msc). Restart the Mystic Light service. Restart the LightKeeperService service. Open Task Scheduler. End the "MSI Task Host - LEDKeeper2_Host" service. Start the "MSI Task Host - LEDKeeper2_Host" service. If that doesn't fix it, uninstall the MSI SDK, reboot the system and re-install Dragon Center.
Regarding the Motherboard, not even Mystic Light can change the RGB settings on the motherboard itself 50% of the time. Tried reinstalling Windows, MSI Center, Motherboard Bios, reseting CMOS, Re seating the RAM slots all to no avail. All connections are correct as per the recommended settings and drivers up to date. System Info:
The same happened with the MSI gaming App and Dragon Centre They only detect the MB rgb however when I go to change the rgb colour for the MB it doesn't change (CPU fan is connected to the RGB1 header and the Corsair fans are connected with the RGB corsair controller to the JCORSAIR header in the oder 1,2)
