A bonus item is a special item or weapon that is included in special Guild Wars editions. These items almost always have a unique skin and are otherwise unavailable via the normal campaigns. That said, using accented letters in place of real ones to get the name you want makes you look like a complete chode. If you want a relatively common first name just give your character a last name.
